Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are unsafe for sailing (announced by official marine department Thailand), we will offer to reschedule your trip at no extra cost if possible. • Peak season (Dec–Feb): Book at least 2–4 weeks ahead
• Regular season (Nov, Mar–Apr): 1–2 weeks is usually enough
• Low season (May–Oct): Often available on short notice
• Holidays & weekends: Book as early as possible

• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Balance: The remaining balance is due 7 days before departure.

Additional terms for Samui's Goody:

• The agreed price must be paid in full no later than 7 days before departure.

By customer cancellation fees will be applied as follows:

• In case where the customer cancels his booking less than 15 days before the trip date, the 50% booking deposit will not be refunded.
• Failing to pay the 50% balance at the latest 7 days before the tripdate will be deemed to be a cancellation of the trip by the customer. The 50% booking deposit will not be refunded.
• In case where the customer cancels his booking within 7 days before the trip date, the trip payment will not be refunded.
